Come to the PVHC Physical & Occupational Therapy parking lot, located at 469 S Mountain View Street. Flu shots are available to adults 18 and older and the cost is $25.  Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted.  Medicare cards are also accepted. High dose vaccine for those 60 and older will not be available at the drive-through clinic. When arriving for your flu shot, please enter the parking lot on Mountain View Street and exit on Wyoming Avenue.
